Born in Barbados and based in New York City, photographer Adrian Griffith specializes in fashion and beauty images, commercial headshots and scenic images of the Caribbean.  Trained in traditional and digital photographic techniques at New York’s Fashion Institute of Photography (FIT) and School of Visual Arts (SVA), Griffith utilizes an all digital workflow and believes that a complete understanding and a command of the manipulation of light is the key to technical excellence in photography.

Griffith is equally at home shooting an exacting beauty shot in the controlled environment of the studio or while shooting a free flowing swimsuit spread on some remote Caribbean beach under constantly changing natural light conditions.

His clients and publications include The Beauty Book, Caribbean Beat, Spot Group Events and the Riis Organization.  His images have been published in North America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. Griffith is available for assignment both in the studio and on location and many of his images can be licensed as stock.
